Paine Lookouts
We will begin our journey towards the East of the Torres del Paine National Park and to connect with the Paine River hydrographic basin, the main tributary of the sector. After a few minutes walking along the edge of the river we will arrive at the Salto Grande viewpoint, where the waters of Lake Nordenskjold discharge into Lake Pehoé with an impressive background of the Cuernos del Paine.

Continuing our journey we will have views of Lake Nordenskjold and Lake Sarmiento, while the Patagonian steppe gradually appears. In this area we will be able to observe herds of guanacos, foxes and some of the nearly 120 species of birds present in the park. Heading northeast we will arrive at Cascada Paine, from where we will be able to see the beautiful Torres del Paine in the distance, weather conditions permitting.
