Description of the experience

It begins at the Sarmiento goal with a walk that lasts approximately 2.5 hours, crossing a landscape of pampas and Patagonian steppe. Upon reaching the top of the trail we will find a set of rocks that house cave paintings created 7,000 years ago.

During the tour it is possible to spot the local fauna, mainly herds of guanacos who are the most numerous inhabitants of the Torres del Paine National Park.

On this trail we will take you to the past observing vestiges of the nomadic people called Aonikenk, where we will visit cave paintings created 7,000 years ago. On the way to the cave of this historic footprint, it is possible to see wildlife at its best.
