In the park administration, located 15 minutes from the hotel, there is a basic health care center, however it is not always open to the public. The nearest hospital is located in Puerto Natales, 1.5 hours from the Río Serrano Hotel + Spa, as is the nearest pharmacy, so we recommend that you bring with you all the medications you take daily and/or that you may need, as well as basic first aid items. Traveling prepared will allow you to enjoy the adventure without worries.

We recommend bringing warm clothing in layers, where the first layer absorbs sweat, the second layer is warm and the third layer is waterproof and resistant to cold and wind.
We also recommend comfortable shoes for trekking (high cane) and rest, warm accessories such as gloves, hat and scarf. Sunglasses and sunscreen as we have a high rate of UV radiation.
A small 20-30 liter waterproof backpack is ideal for carrying the essentials such as accessories, snacks, water, camera, etc...

The purchase must be made on the website www.pasesparques.cl. For the purchase you will be asked for information about the days you will enter the park, in which hotels you will stay and what activities you will do in the park. The ticket has a determined value up to 3 days and if you need to stay longer the value will increase.
You must save the QR code on your phone or have it printed to facilitate the entrance to the park. Please note that our services do not include the entrance to the park.

For advance reservations we accept payments by credit card charge, payment link and bank transfer. For payments in our office located in rio serrano hotel + spa we accept credit cards, debit cards and cash in chilean pesos and dollars.
